Nice villa , very comfortable, very clean , good WiFi , tv channels great , nice quiet area .

🙂 Location. Size of the rooms. The swimming pool is huge, deep, and has a sliding canopy that closes it in completely. It acts as a greenhouse and keeps the water the perfect temperature. Dring use, we opened it up. The garden is huge. Huge outside dining area that’s under cover and got a BBQ, sink, and worktop area for food preparation. Our towels and bedding were changed halfway through our stay. Marta was brilliant! She gave clear instructions on what documentation was required prior to our arrival and helped during our stay. It was stress free and really appreciated.

🙁 Ants! But this is a generic issue for all of Portugal during the summer months. You can’t leave any food out for any length of time as they appear from everywhere. We informed the letting agent and they were straight over with some ant killer products. Top service from Marta so a big thank you to her for her prompt action. We kept all the food in the fridge and kept the worktops clean and tidy and had no issues from there on.

Je tiens à remercier l’équipe en charge de la location Villa Nuria, ainsi que les personnes en charge de son entretien. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine à la Villa, elle a été au delà de nos attentes. Les volumes, l’extérieur, la piscine tout était au top et je tiens à souligner la magnifique vue depuis le balcon du salon !!! Je recommande cette location et j’y reviendrai avec un grand plaisir.

Maison spacieuse et agréable

Située dans un quartier résidentiel calme, la maison est très bien entretenue et propre. On est accueilli par un message personnel, et on apprécie tous les équipements de la maison. La piscine est super, la clim bien appréciable (salle à manger et chambres) par ces fortes chaleurs. Seules les chaises de la salle à manger dénotent un peu en faisant trop “cuisine”. Séjour très agréable, merci !

Best of both worlds!

Why the best of both worlds? We required a villa for a family holiday that would give us a peaceful, private retreat but which was also close enough to amenities and a bit of ‘life’. Casa do Cerro is very much out the way, it has fantastic views and the only noise pollution you’ll hear is that of the insects. Several superstores and the centre of Vilamoura are an easy 10 minute drive away. A car is a must, there is nothing within a 5 minute walking distance. The property is very spacious and the garden/pool area is perfect for a family. The kitchen is modern and well-furnished. The living area is functional but could do with a bit of an update. The two en-suite rooms on the ground floor are modern and nicely done, the rooms and bathroom on the lower floor could also do with a revamp but were very comfortable. On the whole we loved it there. I would definitely stay in other properties of Casas Algarve in the future.

Great location, hand for beach, restaurants, supermarket and bus station for trips to nearby towns. Dina was really kind and helpful.

This is the second time I have stayed at apartment sunrise. The apartment is situated in a private complex surrounded by lush gardens with a well maintained swimming pool. The apartment is on the second floor and has a large balcony which fits 2 sun loungers and an outdoor dining table. There are restaurants and a small supermarket within a few minutes walk and it’s only a twenty minute walk to the marina.

Dina and her team are great and I cannot fault them, they have always responded quickly to any queries I have had, fantastic team.

Absolutely fantastic villa and great hosts – We had a fantastic stay at the villa, it had everything we needed. Very good to have separate pool towels and use of all of the facilities available including the BBQ. Car is necessary as the villa is a short drive from all things needed albeit not a long drive to anything. Would definitely book again! Thank you

We stayed in this villa for my brother’s wedding in Portugal . It was such a fantastic size. – Four bedrooms and three bathrooms make this villa feel on a grand scale . The upstairs suite with walk in closet and enormous en suite is fantastic . The decor and furniture makes the villa feel very grand and the manicured, spacious gardens around the pool give you privacy. It is set out in farmland so you definitely need a car. It is a few minutes drive from Quinta Shopping. I consider this villa value for money considering the size and facilities . The pool had inflatables for the children and weights and yoga mats for adults . An excellent base for our family wedding to keep us cool and relaxed.

Dina was a perfect hostess, pending at all times if we needed anything and answering quickly to all our requests. The villa is like you can see in the photographs, large and bright, with all the services you may need.

This villa is perfectly located for a group or family/ families that want to stay and relax at the villa or use it to access the local beaches , restaurants and amenities. It has everything you could need for a very relaxing holiday . The villa is beautiful and very well kept . Dina made sure everything ran perfectly and although we had no issues of note , if we had I know they would have been dealt with immediately. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone .

The most outstanding aspect of our stay at Villa Núria was the wonderful hospitality and friendliness of our hosts. We felt very welcome and they attended all our needs with unbelievable celerity. The house is very nicely situated on a quiet road with a nice view to the sea in the distance. We were able to enjoy this view from the very good verandah outside the upper floor of the house, where we were able to eat and sit in the shade. The kitchen was remarkably well equipped with lots of cutlery, glasses, dishes, pots and pans, etc. We were never short of anything.
