Excellent Property
We were 4 adults with 3 teenagers staying for 12 nights. Pre arrival there was excellent communication from Nadia the property contact and this continued throughout the stay. The property is very spacious both inside and out and was was clean to a good standard when we arrived. All the amenities were in good working order, we had a slight issue with the hot water but this was sorted quickly. If I was going to be picky, a couple of things, I wish the kitchen and dinning room were downstairs on the same level as the pool. More room around the edge of the pool would of been better but they really aren’t issues. Do remember to take mosquito spray with you, we were also provided with the candle but bought extra too. The location is great, away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for a short drive or taxi ride away. Loads of lovely restaurants near by as well as great choice of supermarkets. Would we return, absolutely. In fact the other family are thinking of rebooking the same villa for their next trip.

We rented the property for our daughter’s wedding and we were delighted with it. It is very well maintained with spacious rooms and beautiful gardens, (great for bridal photos) and a swimming pool suitable for adults and children. Staff were friendly, professional and customer focused. They made us feel very welcome.

Casa do Monte

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at Casa do Monte, Loulé, and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Nádia who gave us a full overview of the facilities and made us feel at home straight away.

The accommodation itself was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Every detail seemed to have been carefully thought out to provide a comfortable and relaxing experience.
What's more, the view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking, providing an ideal setting for breakfast and late afternoons with a beautiful sunset.

The amenities offered exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare some meals.

Another highlight was the availability and kindness of Nádia, who was always on hand to answer any questions or provide local recommendations. This really made a difference and made our stay even better.

I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and worry-free holiday experience. We'll definitely be back

Excellent as always
This is the fourth time staying in this property. Since our last stay many improvements have been made to the inside and outside of the property - new kitchen and also made into open plan living area, new bathrooms, golf/wellness area space in the garden. The villa is in a very peaceful location and within 5 minutes drive to the praca/beach at Vale do Lobo and 10 mins from well stocked supermarket with many British brands and a great deli and bakery counter (Apolonia in Almancil) . The villa is in a central location for many restaurants and only about 25 mins from Faro airport.  Nadia was extremely easy to deal with. We had an issue with the toilet not flushing when we arrived. It was fixed within two hours (due to wear and tear on the handle inside the cistern). If you don’t have a car, it’s easy to get around using Uber. Plenty of cars available (beginning of June) and about 5 euros excluding tip to get to the praca/beach.

Beautiful property, each room had its own design theme, luxurious and homely.. location was so peaceful and was perfect to relax and recharge.. loule was just 5 mins in the car for supermarkets and restaurants.. photos do not do this property the justice, it was better than we anticipated..Nadia, welcomed us and was on hand if needed, nothing too much trouble..thank you

We were looked after extremely well and the villa was perfect and met our needs to a very high standard. Of note was the spec of the villa all bathrooms were perfect. The television set up was really user friendly (every Chanel you could wish for) and the putting green was a great way to decide where we were eating out for dinner (the winner got to decide).

Casa do Monte

 Casa do Monte is an absolutely wonderful place to stay. It's perfect for familys; the pool has a gate, the kitchen is incredibly well stocked and the attention to detail in the villa makes it feel like home.
There is a wonderful view, very quiet and peaceful, a great place to getaway.
The villa is close to the airport, but you will need a car if you stay here as the location is quite rural. Short drive to supermarket and restaurants and beaches are not to far away.
Would highly recommend and love to return.

Also to add Nadia and her colleagues were incredibly responsive and helpful before and throughout our stay.

Villa Fonte Santa

Good location, within walking distance of Lidl and short drive to Aquashow park or Quarteira beach. Villa managers kept regular contact and visited a few times to see if we needed anything. Taxi firm recommended by Villa managers were excellent, all drivers were punctual and very friendly.

Building up to the stay Dina was so helpful giving me recommendations for transfer from airport (we had a large group all with golf clubs). She was also able to support an early check in which was amazing so we could go straight to the villa. On arrival we met Nadia who showed us around the villa gave us the keys and there was even a welcome pack which was ideal. Through out, Nadia was easy to contact and quickly answered any questions. The Villa is huge ! Almost too big 😃. We visited as six adult men on a golfing break and had so much space (a decent size room each) . This would be ideal for a family break as well as had three doubles and three twin rooms. Inside living space was big and included table tennis and outside was even bigger with great eating space and huge pool. The price was excellent and can only imagine as it’s a bit dated that if was done to a higher standard would be a premium price . Thanks D &N fab stay we will be back next year

Villa Nuria

Beautiful Villa in Quiet Location
The villa itself is lovely, it was clean, there was plenty of space for the nine of us, the bedrooms are all large, and the kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dinnerware. The view from the balcony is simply amazing, it lets you see all the way to the coast, and it is lovely to sit out and have breakfast there. The pool is wonderful and was much needed as we were there at the start of a heatwave, nothing like spending the afternoon in the pool when the temperature hits 36C. We were met by Nadia on the first day and she let us know that we could contact her whenever we needed her. The maids came a couple of times over the fortnight we were there and the gardener was there every couple of day, or so, to take care of the garden and the pool. The villa is in a quiet area off of the main road, however its close enough to several supermarkets, the beach at Praia do Lobo, and other attractions that it's not in an inconvenient location. We highly recommend the Chinese Gourmet restaurant down in Almancil, their food is delicious, and their staff are friendly and helpful. We loved this villa so much that we are highly likely to book it again for our holiday next year.

Villa Roma is absolutely beautiful, near lovely local restaurants and beaches. With everything you need in the rooms, well equipped kitchen. The rooms are done to a good standard and are very clean especially after the weekly visit from Olga.

Very cosy pool area, outside area and grounds. Special thank you to Nadia who has been exceptional from start to finish. Always available to speak on the phone, very helpful and responsive.
We are hoping to come back next year.

Maison spacieuse et agréable
Située dans un quartier résidentiel calme, la maison est très bien entretenue et propre. On est accueilli par un message personnel, et on apprécie tous les équipements de la maison. La piscine est super, la clim bien appréciable (salle à manger et chambres) par ces fortes chaleurs. Seules les chaises de la salle à manger dénotent un peu en faisant trop "cuisine". Séjour très agréable, merci !

Casa do Cerro

Best of both worlds!
Why the best of both worlds? We required a villa for a family holiday that would give us a peaceful, private retreat but which was also close enough to amenities and a bit of ‘life’. Casa do Cerro is very much out the way, it has fantastic views and the only noise pollution you’ll hear is that of the insects. Several superstores and the centre of Vilamoura are an easy 10 minute drive away. A car is a must, there is nothing within a 5 minute walking distance. The property is very spacious and the garden/pool area is perfect for a family. The kitchen is modern and well-furnished. The living area is functional but could do with a bit of an update. The two en-suite rooms on the ground floor are modern and nicely done, the rooms and bathroom on the lower floor could also do with a revamp but were very comfortable. On the whole we loved it there. I would definitely stay in other properties of Casas Algarve in the future.

Apt. Sunrise

This is the second time I have stayed at apartment sunrise.  The apartment is situated in a private complex surrounded by lush gardens with a well maintained swimming pool. The apartment is on the second floor and has a large balcony which fits 2 sun loungers and an outdoor dining table.  There are restaurants and a small supermarket within a few minutes walk and it's only a twenty minute walk to the marina.

Dina and her team are great and I cannot fault them, they have always responded quickly to any queries I have had, fantastic team.

Absolutely fantastic villa and great hosts - We had a fantastic stay at the villa, it had everything we needed. Very good to have separate pool towels and use of all of the facilities available including the BBQ. Car is necessary as the villa is a short drive from all things needed albeit not a long drive to anything. Would definitely book again! Thank you

Casa Roma

We stayed in this villa for my brother’s wedding in Portugal . It was such a fantastic size. - Four bedrooms and three bathrooms make this villa feel on a grand scale . The upstairs suite with walk in closet and enormous en suite is fantastic . The decor and furniture makes the villa feel very grand and the manicured, spacious gardens around the pool give you privacy. It is set out in farmland so you definitely need a car. It is a few minutes drive from Quinta Shopping. I consider this villa value for money considering the size and facilities . The pool had inflatables for the children and weights and yoga mats for adults . An excellent base for our family wedding to keep us cool and relaxed.

Vila Nuria

The most outstanding aspect of our stay at Villa Núria was the wonderful hospitality and friendliness of our hosts. We felt very welcome and they attended all our needs with unbelievable celerity. The house is very nicely situated on a quiet road with a nice view to the sea in the distance. We were able to enjoy this view from the very good verandah outside the upper floor of the house, where we were able to eat and sit in the shade. The kitchen was remarkably well equipped with lots of cutlery, glasses, dishes, pots and pans, etc. We were never short of anything.

Casa Roma

This villa is perfectly located for a group or family/ families that want to stay and relax at the villa or use it to access the local beaches , restaurants and amenities. It has everything you could need for a very relaxing holiday . The villa is beautiful and very well kept . Dina made sure everything ran perfectly and although we had no issues of note , if we had I know they would have been dealt with immediately. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone .
