This four bedroom villa is nestled in the tranquil area of Fonte Santa, surrounded by pine trees, and within walking distance to the beach.  Even though the location of the villa is secluded, it is only a short drive away to golf clubs, restaurants, shops and the famous waterpark, Aquashow.

The villa is on one level and has both a swimming pool and a tennis court.

There are two bedrooms with double beds and two bedrooms with twin beds each.  The master bedroom also has a sofa bed.

All the bedrooms are en suite, and have air conditioners.

The kitchen is large and is well equipped with, amongst others, a dishwasher, oven, washing machine and a microwave.

The spacious lounge /dining room have patio doors which lead out onto the terrace and bbq area.

Towels are changed twice a week and bed linen once a week. Maid service is available by arrangement from Monday to Friday.
