This semi detached villa is situated in Victory Village Club,  a 4 star complex situated on the São Lourenco Golf Course.  It is a 15 minute walk to the beach via  a wooden bridge over the Ria Formosa nature reserve.  The beach is virtually private to the complex and has a lifeguard during the summer months.

The master double bedroom, is fitted with wardrobes, air conditioning and patio doors which lead out to the interior terrace.

The twin bedroom is on the first floor.  This room has fitted wardrobes and air conditioner and en-suite.

The second bedroom, also on the first floor, has an en-suite.  Both of the first floor bedrooms have views of the pool.

The kitchen is galley style and is fitted with a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge /dining room is spacious with patio doors out to the terrace.

Towels and linen included.  Towels changed twice weekly, linen once weekly (more by arrangement).  Maid service three times per week.
