Large patio doors slide open to the covered terrace and pool area with fabulous views over the golf course down to the Ocean.

Leading off from the lounge diner, the modern kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer and electric oven & hob. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. Both rooms are twin rooms and share a bathroom located between them.

First floor accommodation:

The whole first floor is devoted to the spacious master bedroom with en-suite shower room. The room is furnished with twin beds. Patio doors open out to large private terrace where you can sit and enjoy fabulous views out across the golf course to the Ocean beyond.

Outside area:

The partly covered terrace provides some shade over the outdoor dining table. Sun loungers are provided around the kidney shaped pool measuring approximately 6.5m x 4m, there is a brick built Barbeque provided for your use.
