A modern 4 bedroom villa, located in a quiet condominium called Terraços da Vinha, in Vilamoura. This well presented property with private garden area and use of a large shared swimming pool, provides a peaceful setting for a relaxing holiday. The villa has been furnished to a high standard throughout and can accommodate up to 8 people.

The resort of Vilamoura has a total of 5, top class golf courses to choose from along with many other sporting facilities including a tennis centre, lawn bowls, athletics track and stadium. The centre of the resort is a large 1,000 berth marina, surrounded with a variety of International restaurants, boutiques and bars, as well as a casino. You can partake in a number of water based activities including, water sports, boat tours and fishing trips. There are two beaches located either side of the marina, both of which have a selection of fabulous beach restaurants where you can enjoy an evening meal whilst enjoying the sunset.

This property is built over three floors, is alarmed and has the benefit of air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout. Central heating is available for the winter months. Parking for one car is provided on the driveway in front of the property.

Entrance level accommodation comprises of:
As you enter the property you are welcomed into a bright entrance hall. In front of you is a second living space that has been set up as a lounge area with TV and games console. A perfect space for teenagers. There is a full bathroom with bath and multi jet shower located off this living room.

The ground floor accommodation comprises of:
A split staircase takes you up to the open plan, ground floor, living space.
Here you have a spacious lounge/ dining room, with full height sliding windows opening out to a small terrace overlooking the front of the property and surrounding countryside.
The lounge area is furnished with two leather sofas in front of a flat screen TV with a selection of international channels. There is a music system available.
The dining area has a wooden table and six chairs.
Adjacent to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with a fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, Krups espresso coffee machine, blender and all the smaller appliances, utensils and crockery you will need for a self-catering villa holiday. Patio doors open out from the kitchen area to a covered terrace at the rear of the property.

One bedroom and shower room are also located on the ground floor.
This bedroom is furnished with a king size bed (150mx2m) and has patio doors that open out to the rear terrace and garden area.
There is a separate shower room next door to the bedroom.

The first floor accommodation consists of:
Three further bedrooms are located on the first floor.
The Master bedroom with king size bed (1.6m x 2m) is located at the front of the property with patio doors opening out to a shared terrace. There is an en suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
Bedroom two is a double room (bed 1.4m x 2m) at the front of the property with access to the same shared terrace as the Master bedroom through sliding patio doors.
Bedroom three is located at the rear of the property and furnished with twin beds and has an en suite shower room.

Outside area:
At the rear of the villa, accessed from both the kitchen and bedroom four is a covered terrace and private garden area. Adjacent to the kitchen is an outside sink alongside a gas BBQ and exterior dining table with 6 chairs, ideal for Al Fresco meals. There is a pleasant exterior lounge area overlooking the landscaped, communal gardens with mature umbrella pine trees. Sun loungers are provided. Within the enclosed complex, approximately 100m from the villa is a large communal swimming pool surrounded by spacious lawn areas, a great place for sunbathing and for children to play.
