MASTER BEDROOM

 Located on the 1st floor. Stairs lead to an ante room, with a desk and chair, which can be used as an office or reading room which then leads into a very spacious double bedroom with a separate walk-in wardrobe. Sliding doors lead out to a balcony that overlooks the gardens. The luxurious en suite bathroom has twin basins, bath and a separate shower.

GROUND FLOOR:

As you enter the villa you will find: – 1 x double bedroom with en suite shower, – 2 x twin bedrooms,  1 x family bathroom

Two of the above bedrooms have sliding doors that open onto a substantial terrace which overlooks the garden and has steps leading down to the swimming pool and surrounding patio.

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all essentials including: dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, oven, Large open plan living room and dining room with IPTV.

Sliding doors lead from both the living room and dining room to a large terrace where you will find two tables with chairs and BBQ facilities giving plenty of al fresco dining options. This terrace overlooks the gardens and has steps down to the swimming pool and surrounding patio with space to relax on sunbeds or a sofa and chairs.

We are close to one of the most beautiful areas of the Algarve.  Our Ria Formosa Natural Park is an amazing place with its variety of landscapes and its unique coastal lagoon which is constantly changing due to the continuous movement of winds, currents and tides.

In the surrounding area to Casa Roma, there are many restaurants to choose from and within 20 minutes drive is Vilamoura  with its many restaurants, shops, Marina and Casino.
